RoHS Directive

NSD products are classified on Category 9 (Monitoring and / or Control), and exempt from RoHS Directive as of July 1, 2006. However with the object of global environment protection, We, NSD, is replacing products with comply with the RoHS directive.

What is RoHS Directive?

The RoHS Directive stands for "the restriction of the use of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment". This Directive bans the placing on the EU market of new electrical and electronic equipment containing more than agreed levels of lead, cadmium, mercury, hexavalent chromium, polybrominated biphenyl (PBB) and polybrominated diphenyl ether (PBDE) flame retardants.
The RoHS Directive came into force on 1 July 2006.

CE/UL Compatible Products

A "CE Marking" is self-declaration, but NSD products with a CE mark are based on the certificate of conformance by a public agency. Some of the products comply with each standard have the different model code.
